Pineapple Souffle

This week I am focusing on side dishes

Here is another family favorite, pineapple souffle.  This recipe is not only delicious, it is a great one to bring to someone's pot luck.  Easy and inexpensive to make, especially for those coupon clipping frugalistas!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or parve margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1-15.5 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed, crusts removed

Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs.  Stir in pineapple and bread.  Place in greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
