Side dish week continues with an easy breezy recipe for rice pilaf.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 handfuls tiny noodles
1/2 cup long grain rice
1 can chicken broth-your favorite brand
Melt butter over low heat. Put in dry noodles and brown. Add rice, then add broth. Cover and simmer over ow flame for 1/2 hour.
